It is with a great deal of sadness that we are informing our many wonderful and dedicated pet parents that this pet resort will be closing, officially, on January 11, 2021.

 

We so appreciate the opportunity we have had to provide kind and compassionate care for your pets needs for the last 9 years.

 

Unfortunately, COVID 19 has drastically and adversely affected our business to the degree that our gross volume of business has decreased over 60%; that has therefore made our ability to remain open not achievable.

 

As many of you know, we also own the Tomball Pet Resort in Tomball, and its business has not been so adversely affected by COVID 19, as has Louetta, so it will remain open.

 

All your pets and your contact information is being transferred to the Tomball location:
